Whoever said the sequel is never better obviously hasn’t seen Star Wars: The Empire Strike Back or Christopher Nolan’s second Batman film The Dark Knight. Sure, there are awful following iterations compared to fantastic, and, at times, iconic first films. The Matrix Reloaded, Batman and Robin, Rocky V, Alien 3, and all the early 2000s low-budget direct to video Disney animated sequels, but when it comes to Blue Line content, we tend to believe the best is yet to come even though we are proud of our previous work. As usual, keep an eye (subscribe) on our YouTube channel to track your favorite potty-mouthed, goofy fly bums fishing their way through this beautiful, yet sometimes chaotic, life.

New flies are in the chute for release as we speak, so fear not fishy Blue Line fanboys, your fly coffers are soon to be filled with the hip new flies in our line-up. Don’t miss out on being one of the cool (okay, at least give me cool-ish) kids with our newest models set for its 2025 debuts.

May marks the one year anniversary of this blog, and those of you who have joined us for this ride are in for more fishy stories, witty quips, and IPAs slung in the name of catching fish (and more often than fishermen admit, in the name of failing to catch fish) weaved in intricate tales for your enjoyment, welcome back for year-two. We hope to add more loyal readers to our ranks this year, so new folks are always welcome.
