Shipping policy

We strive to deliver your order to the shipping service requested within 24 business hours of you placing your order. 

Once your package has been delivered to the shipper it belongs to you. We can not be held responsible for shipping issues and errors. Our packages come fully insured and it is the customer's (receiving party) responsibility, not BlueLineCo.'s (the shipper) to file an insurance claim on a package. 

By placing an order you agree that you are responsible for your package once we have delivered it to the shipping service requested.
